Terms of Sale

By purchasing any product from STG Scripts ("STG", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

1. License, Not Sale

All products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use, tied to the account that made the purchase. STG retains full ownership and copyright of all code, assets and materials.

2. Open Source Products

Some STG products are provided as "open source", meaning the source code is not escrow-encrypted and is editable so that you may customize it for your own server.

Open source refers only to the code being readable and editable. It does not transfer copyright and does not grant any right to redistribute. All restrictions in Section 3 apply to open source products in full. The fact that a product's code is accessible does not permit sharing, resale or public distribution of any kind.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the product (in whole or in part) to any person, website, repository or platform;
• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the product, modified or unmodified;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright notice, license file or embedded identifier contained in the product;
• Use the product on servers not owned or operated by the purchasing account without a valid license for each.

Any such action is a breach of this license and an infringement of STG's copyright.

4. Enforcement

Breach of these Terms may result in immediate license termination without refund, reporting to Cfx.re (which may result in a Cfx.re account ban), and legal action including formal copyright takedown (DMCA) requests. STG reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after delivery, instead of contacting support, will result in immediate and permanent termination of all your STG licenses and support access.

6. Support

Support is provided to verified customers via our Discord. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive conduct; support may be denied to any user for such conduct. We do not provide support for leaked, resold or otherwise unlicensed copies.

7. Copyright

All products © STG Scripts. STG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex. "FiveM" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes

STG may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of purchased products constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
