Refund Policy

Our Merchant of Record (MoR), Tebex Limited, is responsible for billing and payments. Due to the nature of digital goods, Tebex does not offer refunds for purchases made on their platform. The terms below explain the goodwill refunds STG Scripts may offer at its own discretion.
1. Refunds Are at Our Discretion
All purchases are non-refundable by default. However, as a gesture of goodwill and entirely at our own discretion, STG Scripts may choose to offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind or if the product is not working as expected. Any refund is decided on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. In some cases, again solely at our discretion, we may also offer a refund after 7 days if an issue cannot be resolved despite our best efforts to help you.
2. We Reserve the Right to Deny
We reserve the right to deny a refund request at any time, for any reason. These reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Resources that have been transferred, shared or redistributed;
- Inability to verify your purchase;
- Personal error, such as being logged into the wrong account, purchasing a product twice, or making an accidental purchase;
- Refusal to accept support or to cooperate with our efforts to resolve the issue.
3. EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right is waived once download or delivery of the content begins, which you acknowledge and consent to at the point of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
4. STG Pass Subscription
Subscription packages, such as STG Pass, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees and no minimum term; no further payments will be taken. Cancelling revokes your access to the packages included in the subscription. 6. How to Request a Refund
The fastest way to resolve any issue is to open a support ticket in our Discord or email support@stgscripts.com with your purchase details. In most cases we can fix the problem quickly, and we are always happy to help.
