The shift starts
Pull up and open the hatch
There is no fixed spot. Park anywhere on the map, flip the serving hatch open and play the jingle to pull people over. Every action runs off one prompt bar, so a shift is a place, a hatch and a queue.

Customer side
They pull their own soft serve
The machine sits on the serving side of the truck, so a customer works it from the street. Pull the lever, watch the cone fill, stop it where you want. Then finish it: three sauces, sprinkles and a chocolate stick.
Every combination has its own prop, so the cone in hand is the cone that was actually built.

A customer steps to the serving window and gets the owner’s live menu, not a static list.

Real stock counts, owner-set prices and a quantity picker. Money leaves their pocket at the window.
