Config change: the jerrycan section was rebuilt, 'price' and 'refillPrice' are gone and 'stockType' and 'containerFee' are new, so copy your settings over instead of overwriting the file
Jerrycans are now priced from your own gasoline price and take real fuel out of your gasoline stock
Added a separate can fee that is charged to the buyer and never paid to the station
Unlocking a pump and buying the car wash area are now paid from the business balance instead of the owner's pocket
Delivery costs now appear in the transaction list the moment the order is placed
Gallon servers now read gallons in prices and transaction records

Fixed

Helicopter and boat refueling was impossible on servers using a target system
The refuel prompt stayed stuck on screen after leaving a helicopter
The refuel prompt showed the helipad label at regular gas stations
The business balance and finance cards did not update right away after paying a driver, buying stock, depositing or withdrawing
Ordering more fuel than the selected vehicle holds failed with a generic error
Entering a price on gallon servers changed the number you typed
Refunded deliveries were counted as spending on the monthly expenses card
A duplicate notification appeared when starting a delivery

Charging station collision now follows the same config option as fuel pumps, so you can still make them pass-through if you prefer

Electric charging stations had no collision, players and vehicles no longer walk or drive straight through them

Gas station attendants and car wash workers no longer stand around holding a clipboard, they now use idle animations that fit the job
Car wash workers only hold the sponge while actually cleaning a vehicle and it now sits correctly in their hand, when idle they stand empty handed

Fixed

Buying an unowned station could show a false "this station is already owned by someone else" message even though it was free, purchases now register reliably the first time with no restart needed
Fuel pumps were not targetable when pump collision was disabled, pumps now get a proper interaction zone in that mode so refueling works with ox_target and qb-target as expected

A client crash that could happen near gas stations after a fuel pump was destroyed, driving into or exploding a pump could crash nearby players as the broken prop synced over OneSync, pumps are now protected from being rammed and exploded by default (toggleable via Config.DisablePumpCollision)
Car wash sponges occasionally stayed floating in the air after the workers despawned, the sponge prop is now cleaned up together with its worker
Hired players could not be fired or have their rank changed, any hired member can now be managed normally and only the actual station owner is protected from removal

State bag optimization, vehicle fuel level is now synced through entity decorators instead of per second state bag broadcasts, drastically reducing network traffic and preventing client timeouts on high population servers
Added Config.UnownedStationStaffActive, pump attendants and car wash workers now operate at gas stations even before someone buys them, once a player purchases the station they need to hire their own staff to keep the service running
Added Config.UnownedStationStaffGhost, when UnownedStationStaffActive is set to false this option controls whether the staff at unowned stations appear as transparent idle peds or do not spawn at all

NPC state did not refresh immediately after a station was bought, sold or transferred, the correct staff visuals now apply without needing a restart
