They order at the window and you hand it over yourself, or they step up to the soft-serve machine on the side of the truck, pull the lever and swirl their own cone, finishing it with sauce, sprinkles and a stick. Set your own prices, keep the truck stocked, and watch the money land in the business balance.

Police get a tablet at the station and a laptop between the seats of every patrol car, EMS get their own medical terminal, and both run on the same city data. Calls land on a live map, units get dragged onto them, and a case can go from blood on the pavement to a DNA match, a signed warrant, a cinematic arrest, booking photos and a finished PDF report without ever leaving the MDT.

Open a player and their identifiers, bans, notes and warns are right there, next to everything from a quick heal to a live feed of their screen while they play. Reports come in as tickets with a screenshot attached, so you read one and answer it in the same window. Decide what each rank may touch, add and remove staff yourself, and every action you take is already written to the log.
